| A new RR improvements dont mean all the tees are dotted or all the eyes crossed.... Despite new road construction & recent crossing improvements heavy rains two days earlier resulted in the loss of ballast under 10 or 12 feet of new track. More rain two days later resulted in this situation. Water was up to the rail head half an hour later. /DL |
