4882 -- of the last GG-1s to operate in regular service in the 1980s-- moves light through Perth Amboy, New Jersey in the summer of 1983. Her servicing base at South Amboy is just a few miles down the track. 4882 is a 1939 Altoona product; she was perserved and now resides at a museum in Elkhart, Indiana. |
