| Heading west near Eanotti Road just outside Owensdale, Pa. It is leading a train of loaded coal from the SWP Railroad and also some empty coke hoppers. WE 3034 SD40-3 was built in April 1966 as UP 3034 SD40. Later became Oxford 3034. Acquired by W&LE in 1992 and rebuilt to an SD40-3 in July 1999. |
