Consecutively-numbered Cotton Belt SD45T-2's 9274 and 9273, along with Southern Pacific SD45 8827, were leading 94 assorted Illinois Central Gulf hopper cars and SP caboose 1846 up the Huey P. Long Bridge; while on the rear were MP15AC helpers 2713, 2705 and 2710. The coal originated on the ICG and was bound for Mexico.
