My first railfan run of 2024 took me to Progressive Rail's Dan Patch line, and the first pic was of the line's SW1500 duo down at the "shops" southwest of Lyndale Avenue on a snow-free February afternoon courtesy of a strong El Nino (though, coincidentally, a storm was destined to drop some snow the very next day!) |

| Description: |
Usually Progressive Rail's Dan Patch Line power can be found coupled together at the open air "shops" west of Lyndale Avenue on the old Hi-Line. This mild Saturday afternoon, however, they were decoupled with PGR 34 on the spur into Ziegler CAT and PGR 36 out on the main. Perhaps the 34 was awaiting repairs of some sort? |
